Return and Refund Policy
Order cancellation
Due to the digital nature of the products, (i.e., Digital Online Courses), order cancellations are not accepted. Order refunds are applicable on certain conditions. Details of which are specified below.
Refunds/Replacement
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (24 to 48 working hours) you can request a refund.
If you received the wrong item you can request a replacement.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but refund is only applicable if the product does not match the points mentioned in the course curriculum. We do not offer refunds for vague requests like, did not like the course. Since it is of a digital nature and can be copied, we retain the right to provide refunds only if we see fit.
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://workshops.svadha.co (i.e. server downtime, or power-grid failure). In such cases, we request an additional of 24 to 48 hours to deliver the promised product. If we fail to do so, then a full refund will be provided.
*You can submit refund requests within 7 days of purchasing and receiving the product. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or sending an email to contact@workshops.svadha.co
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
